In 2012 our first Burgundy barrels arrived and we began an ageing programme. 

Since then we have added two foeders and slowly built our mixed fermentation range. 

We now have a range of styles from the iconic Bière de Saisons to Foeder beers, bretted beers and Grisettes on offer throughout the year. 

Orders of 12 bottles or more will receive a 10% discount.
